Welcome to Black Point Construction Services, owned and operated by Holly Richards-Conley. With a passion for the outdoors, quality family time, and assisting others, Holly established Black Point to address the complexities often faced by contractors and homeowners in construction projects.

Having previously served as the Executive Officer of the Peterborough and Kawarthas Home Builders Association, Holly brings extensive experience in navigating the hurdles of the pre-build phase.

Since 2017, Black Point Construction Services has been dedicated to getting construction projects off the ground with expertise and efficiency.
